This is the type of thing I could see them doing as an artists series in 1/5.

I know SS still does variants now but does anybody remember when SS used to do variants way more often? Like 2012/13ish...Hulk comiquette and PFs, Storm, Black Widow, Master Chief, Sinestro, Baroness, Angel, OG DC Trinity PFs, etc. It was almost expected at one point in time a popular statue would get a variant.

These X-Men are ripe for variants. I’m no statue sales expert but I bet a brown variant of the current Wolverine PF would sell. I’m on the fence with this Cyclops but if there was a classic version I’d buy in an instant. X-Force Psylocke would sell and there’s already a Deadpool XF variant from that time period I mentioned...might as well do Wolverine, too, especially since Marvel is rereleasing the complete series Omnibus this coming year. Turn Jean into Marvel Girl (I suppose that would need an all new sculpt though). Make Magneto classic (if this was back in the time of excessive variants they'd have painted him White by now lol). Paint Colossus a brighter red, instant classic costume. I just think there’s so much opportunity for SS to create sales with lower ES variants that would appeal to those who want other costumes.

Ororo looks goregous here

Thats the portrait I HOPE SSC uses for the Storm PF, at this point I'll take whatever I can get.

Beautiful side-eye action. Piercing blue eyes. Dark skin.

That doesn't look like Storm at all. That is a white woman with darker skin (no african features).

She has high cheekbones and an ethnic nose

Are you African American btw?

Halle Berry played Storm in the movies as did Alex Shipp and both are mixed race.

The lips are full as well, I suggested they look similar to the image from Monica’s old album cover...

Obviously you don’t pay attention to details.

That is clearly a nose job but you can tell she is of African descent. Companies tend to add white features to historically African female characters to appeal to white audiences. Hence why you have 2 half white people playing Storm in film. XM Studios Storm is another example. Her skin tone was changed because people thought she was too dark.

Obviously you are a SJW that has never lived a day in the life of someone African American. Pls sit down, you don’t know what you are talking about. No brownie points for you.

How do you know what a fictional character should look like. You didn’t create the character.

Sit Y.O. ass down.

Up in arms for no damn reason
