There's no way this could happen from a large corporation!?! There would be pitchforks and watermelon KoolAid uprisings. But I guess if most of the pieces are ok and this was just you, then it sucks to be you?

All kidding aside, that's why if the engineering doesn't make sense to me, I will not jump on that trust train. Woo woo!

Saw Near Mints YouTube of Flash. Didn’t really see the rod / gap issues. Really not sure if it’s worth what ssc is charging. Think it’s a little over priced by $50
