The statues may have been in the closet for years and I don't know what the paper floors will do then.
Ikea supplies good cupboard systems for little money, but with such heavy and expensive statues, I would always secure the floor extra. I should have done the same with the horizontal platsa but I didn't know that at the time.

Update Claire Redfield

I built magnets into each part of the statue. That was a very dusty matter.
But this way I can always disassemble the statue into its individual parts and paint them differently.

Airbrush: Harder & Steenbeck Infinity CRplus Two in One

For the airbrush mainly Vallejo Model Air and Vallejo Game Air. I get along with them best.

I repaired an ARH Mermaid's head.

A few paint chips and two broken strands of hair.

The tip of the first strand of hair

The second strand of hair. It had broken into two pieces. First rebuilt strand of hair and then set the pin

Here are the cracks on the head. The larger one already has some Aves for the pin in it. I pinned both strands of hair.

Parts were still missing. I recreated this with Aves.
Then sanding, sculpt again, sanding again ...

Then adjust the color properly. Worked well with Vallejo Game Air Black and Citadel Nuln Oil for the shine.
The dark blue in the black was then a bit more difficult

Was a little difficult. Especially pinning the small end of the hair.
But it was also a lot of fun.

Congrats on the repair work..
I have some similar work to do on my PCS - Kitana masked portrait (which arrived broken) It is mainly the hair at the front broken off and into a number of pieces, most of which have been glued back together. I am thinking on picking up an airbrush.

I only did the work with the brush. Apply very thinly, let it dry well and apply the next layer very thinly. This takes a few hours but I have more control with the brush.

The earrings on my Kitana had broken off. I got a replacement head where the earrings were "only" bent
