I'm happy for you, but I also seriously begrudge paying twice as much as some of you. This isn't worth $4k tbh, but at closer to $2k in the current climate, it's a steal....

I feel the same python, though at $2400 we'd have shipping to the uk and the import duty on that would be crazy. I only paid ?60 duty into the uk from secret compass, so i feel that brings the gap down quite a bit.

no haven't had a chance to open them yet... they're in the garage while i move some crap around in my office to fit it. don't think they are returns as the boxes are still factory taped it looks like. i'll report back once i crack them open.

yeah it really sucks for those that weren't able to get the deal... honestly i'm major surprised they ran that special. outside needing to clear box space, it makes no sense why they did it?? i still would have bought it at the more expensive price though! either way and either price... it's still super expensive! lol

man i'm so glad i opted for the $2399 special!! saved myself about $1000 over the bonus version i was planning on getting. the only 2 things that really meant anything to me on the bonus were the mac skull and hopper tags. so i figured i would make them myself and save $1000! i modeled up a skull and set of tags and i'm printing them in resin as we speak. should be as good as prime 1's parts when i'm done painting them.

Nothing to be wary about imo, they just simply made too many of this statue. The ES was huge.

Speaking of the skull, I mean, I know human skulls come in various shapes and sizes, but did anyone else think it's weirdly long? I have since day one, but don't much care since it's not really obvious when displayed like I do.

It might just appear that way because it's missing the lower jaw.
