Why? Because it comes with a bike.

Whether it should be thought of as an additional element, rather than simply just part of the base is up for argument.

But it's often the case that across most manufacturers, bikes or throne elements have on many occasions increased the cost of a piece by an additional 50%-100% over the then standard price of an equivalent piece without said element.

too rich for my blood

too large for my shelves

too cool to pass up though for those who can afford it and have the space for it.

Nice piece and great likeness. Looking forward to seeing this piece in in peoples posts. Congrats to all who get one.

I wonder if they will ever make a companion piece of Selena on her bike...? that would be amazing.

Guess it makes sense to play Ave Maria while the video is going as it really allows for ‘taking one’s time’ in assembling it.

The more I look at this piece the more I feel that despite the fabric cape looks pretty well done and is fairly nice looking quality, I think that in this piece in particular, the cape should have been sculpted or at the very least done in PVC like Psylocke's Sash. I think the reason why I think this is because he is not in motion any longer and is kinda just posing so as far as using the wires to bend/pose the cape, unlesss it's a really cold, windy day in Gotham (Chicago) and the wind is really blowing, it seems a little bit odd to pose the cape to show motion with this pose. But who knows..? Just my initial thoughts.

And I get that a sculpted cape would take up more space in the box so I get that as well.

Just thoughts is all.

Being all black I think his costume is too flat. Reminds me of PCS Judge Dred movie version.

Now back in-stock after being waitlisted, but $214 shipping when I'm 70 miles from Sideshow? What's up with that? Penguin is $24.

Besides most likely having a larger box, all of the shipping companies have made crazy adjustments to their pricing and there are some big leaps in price even if the box is just a few inches bigger.

I just shipped something recently and a couple inches on the height I inputted into the calculator raised the price by almost $40.
