I get what you are saying and agree with it looking out of place but for me:
1. Dynamic pieces can break up the monotony of stoic pieces
2.It doesn't really matter to me especially if the pieces are good enough.
For example I would display both PCS 1/3 Balde statues together though one is dynamic and the other museum pose.
3. The hobby has been dominated by static statues (yes recognized) for a long while.
We haven't had to complain of Captain Morgan pose in a long while. Really nice to see Sideshow set a new standard. And they have done a really good job exceeding most competitors designs.
