Maybe Cammy is wearing the leggings with the built in creases that give the illusion of a bigger ass? Those are very much a gym look, just like the shrug.

And I don’t know how we get that super cute Chun Li face to this dead-in-the-eye Cammy face.

PCS stated one of the inspirations for this cammy was Canadian fitness/weight lifter Camille LeBlanc-Bazinet



Can see some shorts stretch or crease depending on material and design.
