The Euro Squareenix store also has had it still up for preorders up for a while now, either alot of people have canceled preorders, or square is making more to sell.

it looks like it depends on which region in europe, the Uk one seems to have the DX version still up for preorder, from the time of this post. I also see the 1/4 3 piece diorama WAVE 2 ? up for sale as well. Guess they made more .

Meccha-japan is selling a few regular versions for a reasonable price of ~1.5k USD. Not sure how much it will be after shipping/customs.
