As of 11:00 AM, October 23rd 2006....
...my wife Elaine has become a Permanent Resident of Canada! She's been up here for over 2 and a half years and we submitted our forms July of 2005. She has now applied for a health card and when her official PR id shows up she can apply for a social security number and begin working.
Elaine has been a real saint during her wait up here. I know it's been tough for her to adjust and hard for her to not be working. I'm glad things are finally going our way.
I love you Elaine.

Where do you guys live? If it's anywhere in the GTA the GO Train's the only way to get into town.
