I've never personally met Shelley or Clay before, but that didn't stop them from going waaaaay out of their way to help me out on a statue problem. They went well beyond the normal or even excellent customer service level for me and they didn't even know me. I'd never even bought directly from them before, yet they treated me like I'd been buying from them for years. I now order directly with them and will from now on.
Thank you again Shelley & Mr. Moore. I couldn't have asked for any better treatment.

I agree...I had the pleasure of meeting them at WWTexas last November...Both class acts...Clay took time to talk with me and Shelley delayed her lunch to ask if she could help me with anything or answer any questions...They are good people...
