Shelley: The epitome of excellence in customer service
This is in recognition of an individual that has been deserving of acknowledgment in customer service and just being an all around stellar person. She has absolutely, raised the bar in customer service: patience, paying attention to customers needs, and listing to our gripes are just a few of her many qualities..
is Mr.C.Moore a lucky individual to have on his immeidiate staff..I THINK SO! So here's to you Shelley from me to and all the rest of I'm sure THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

I agree with you 100% . I had an opportunity to meet both Shelley & Clay and not only do they share an excitement for the Moore business but are very friendly & warm people. They spoke to me as if they knew me for many many years and I really will never forget how geninue they both are.

 She has helped me on a number of occasions. Clay and Shelley add to every Moore Studios Statue Buying Experience. They're involved people, which is mighty rare these days. A big part of the reason Moore Studios is my favorite Statue Company.

Same for me with Clay as i have, as of yet to meet Shelley in person, my experience with her over the phone was nothing less than enjoyable!

She was very helpful to me making sure I received my order, explaining reasons for any possible delays, and even in helping me with the best shipping method for my (international) location.
