Physically the Hulk cannot defeat the Destroyer armor. (Damn it pains me to say that).
The only way for the Hulk to win is to allow his consciousness to enter the armor and overpower the other consciousness inhabiting the Destroyer armor. (Like he did in Hulk #461)
Other than that, it would be a long battle but The Hulk would eventually lose.

He did not overpower another person's life force because the force that was in the Destroyer was his future self The Maestro. So he fought himself.
