i buy all my tv and related electronics around superbowl. the prices are the lowest of the year at that time.

Totally agree. I just bought a 42" Panasonic Plasma TV which is replacing a 20" CRT Sony. This was a big upgrade.

I would agree except in the first month or two. I just recently bought a Sony KDL46XBR2 at Best Buy and last weekend it was on sale for $300.00 less. I shot over to the store and got a price match credit to my card as soon as I saw the ad!

FYI: Best Buy price matches for 60 days after the date of your purchase.

I bought my 32" Samsung for $888 shipped from buydig.com and i recieved it within a week. It was being sold for $1300 at Best Buy at the time.

About a year ago I snagged a 62" Toshiba DLP 1080i HDTV for $1799, when they normally go for $2500 or more. I love that thang, it's so bad ass for video games and movies which was why I got it....well that and of course watching HD channels and movies in HD.
