Stormtrooper Commander - In Hand Pics

Just received my Stormtrooper Commander and thought I'd share a few pics. Its a nice bust. A few noteworthy points though.

1) Even though its the same mold this is not a the deluxe Stormtrooper. No extra arms or rifle.

2) His head and arms are in a fixed position.

3) The ES on the bust and COA says 2500. However the box says 2100. I'm inclined to believe the run was shortened to 2100 after the bust and COA went into production and were never changed but its just a guess.

Cool bust... but man, I feel like they're really stepping on the amazingly well-thought out color and design principles of the original trilogy. The empire was a world of cold, steely grays and stark, military design aesthetics. (making those crimson royal guards really significant) Now we have a stormtrooper with a bunch of blue paint slopped all over it...

I see what you're saying but I guess I see it a little differently. To me its a nice representation of the gradual transformation from the 501st Clones in the PT to the Imperial Stormtrooper we see in the OT. Obviously though its totally EU as its based on a design used in a video game.
