Hopefully he won't retire. He is way to good and young for that. Maybe some kind of announcment with his wife. He needs to get the embarresment out of the way and tackle it head on like Hugh Grant did.

yep no questions . he is just going to read a prepared statement. so my guess is it is the best pr groups apology and then when he will be back. my guess would be he wont miss a major over this and he first one is in april. maybe one event before just to get warmed up

Tiger makes public apology

http://online.wsj.com/article/SB1000...o&mod=yahoo_hs

Quote from the article:

Indeed, research shows that Mr. Woods is no longer considered an endorsement worthy celebrity. Davie-Brown, an Omnicom Group Inc. company that tracks the appeal of celebrities using online polls of U.S. consumers, said Mr. Woods was the 11th most endorsement worthy celebrity before the ugly disclosures, a ranking that has him sitting along side other celebrities such as Bill Cosby, Paul Newman and Jennifer Aniston. In the firms most recent ranking, Mr. Woods fell to number 2250, which is on par with celebs such as Pauly Shore and Pam Anderson

does anyone feel like i do? he's just a golfer!!!!!! that's it...who give's a rat's arse what he did, who he slept with, what he's going to do. it's all nauseating gossip driven interest that should only appeal to fat, bored housewives fantasizing about polishing his putter.

the only thing i'd want to hear about tiger woods is if he won a tournament and barely that, because golf is the most BORING of professional sports! it's lame because even 85 year old guy's that can barely use the toilet on their own can play. hell, i can do that.
