1996 Marvel Magnet 50 card set
Hey guys, anyone have this card set? thoughts? I picked up some singles from a local flea market over the weekend, in all my years of card collecting I never even heard about this set, and it came out way back in the prime of trading cards, 1996! I managed to pick up most of the singles I had leftover from an ebay auction, still missing venom, captain america, and hulk for the complete card set though  I am very impressed with how the cards look though, they make a very nice set, but they seem kind of rare, I dont see much at all on ebay...

I actually have this set. I liked the art and character selection. There was also a similar set of 24 4" die cut magnets that were sold individually in clear cellophane packs using the same art/cards in the 50 card set.

hey tedmic, any chance you have an extra #11 captain america, #23 hulk, or #48 Venom you could sell or trade?

I have a few extras but it figures I don't have ANY of the ones you listed. I would keep trying Ebay.

I think you are thinking about the oversized set right Havok? I just have the standard card size 50 card set (minus the 3 im missing)

thanks tedmic, I actually bought 10 cards from that guy just a while back, I haven't received them yet though. I got 36 of the cards from the flea market, 10 more from this guy, 1 single from another guy, so that just leaves the 3 im looking for (cap, venom, hulk) to make the full set of 50
