who is the most powerful in every universe
i assume in marvel it is the living tribunal but is there someone above him and who is it for DC and any universe , current or old, that you know the most powerful being

Eternity or Tribunal in terms of raw power.
I always wondered how the reality warpers like the Beyonder and Franklin Richards would measure up in a scale like this, as their powers are so unpredicatable, bearing in mind they SHOULD be able to do anything.

What about The One Above All?
The Marvel character who basically created the whole of time and space, including all realities and dimensions? He was in Dr Strange in the 70s, if I remember....
Isn't he more powerful than both Tribunal and Eternity?

The One Above All is Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Omniscient and Omniversal. Above all cosmic entities. The One-Above-All can defeat even the strongest or most powerful beings with nothing more than a thought, for he is the creator of everything.
..seems like the top dog to me lol
