Koto Artfx+ 1/10 scale Maul and Droids

Just got these today. Yes they are smaller but the detail is great and the ability to put them in different poses is cool. This should keep me happy until the R2 and 3PO pfs come out.

Also have Vader, Storn and clone troopers, and Fett on the way.

If you were at all on the fence about these then I can say it's worth it.

I have some of the original kotobukiya artfx star wars statues and they are really nice but these are just too small for me to be interested in.

I'm not so much a fan of Maul. I think the "joints" are too obvious, making him look more like an action figure than a mini statue. But the droids look great, as do most of the statues in this line.

They are small but that is what makes them great. I got me plenty of 1/4 scale and some Bowen scale but these are perfect for placing next to my picture frames with my childrens photos.

I'm not really seeing what you're referring to here- Maul's outfit does have an over-tunic sort of thing that makes the shoulder joints actually fit with the costume, and otherwise I don't really see any other obvious spots. The waistline joint goes well with the belt, and the head/neck seems to go into the tunic without any obvious (to me) seams.

Yep. No real seams to be seen.

However Maul does look more like a toy then the Droids IMO. But the detail is great regardless.
