Two Things I Like About DC

1. Marvel is so over extended and has totally diluted their offerings with excessive pieces manufactured by Kotobukiya, Hard Hero, Side Show, Boiwen, and Diamond. Not so DC they keep a narrow focus.

2. I love the way they pander to fans of their fourth most popular character, by just inundating the market with a plethora of striking examples of statuary satisfying the lust of the most insatiable Flash aficionado.

I would not like to comment on the first one because that would be a call to war for fans of both companies. Also, I am still trying to understand what did you mean with the second one, but oh well!
This is why I like of DC:
1st: they are a different alternative to Marvel. They have Superman, Batman, Wonderwoman, Flash and a full roster of iconic chararcters.

2nd: most of their statues (from DC Direct) are very inexpensive and easy to find, unless they have become sought-out pieces like the Batman vs Killer Croc diorama.

Also to note, DC Direct maintains a high level of quality in almost all of its work. Good standards are necessary to compete in this crowded market.

The two things that I really like about DC are:

1) They gave the DC license to Sideshow and Koto

2) JLA is the best superhero team ever and I love every team member

2 Things I like About DC:

1)They finally gave the licenses to SideShow to make statues based on their characters.

2)Wonder Woman; the most iconic and most well known superheroine in the world.

I've always like the parallel earths and cosmic scope to DC stories, such as the Crisis stories.

I love they have the first super hero team ever in the JSA and that the JSA made a resurgence in popularity in the early 2000s. I'm liking the Earth 2 book so far.

Plus, they have Hawkman - one of my favorites.

1: They gave their license to SS (after failing in my opinion to create a signature piece of their superheroes despite having amazing talent sculpting for them, they created mass market products while the rest created art.)
2: Batman!

The smaller pieces they do offer variety and alternatives for collectors.

They have experimented with diverse and unique product lines in the past (for better or worse)

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

1. The AH Cover Girls of the DCU line. The statues are smaller in scale yet they are well sculpted.

2. DC giving the license to Sideshow and Kotobukiya. Koto's DC bishoujo line is much stronger and appealing. I own all of the DC bishoujo statues released so far. I definitely look forward to what Koto has to offer for their DC line. So far, I have been very impressed with SS's sneaks/WIPs of the DC characters and it only going to get better. The wait has been agonizing yet its worth seeing what they have done. Poison Ivy looks divine and the WIP Supes looks majestic.

I'm sorry OP but everything you love about DC I hate. Batman and Superman and no one else. They have no confidense in their other characters. They are already talking of the next Batman reboot after TDKR. They are a two trick pony.
