Any news on Captain Britian mini-bust??

Has anyone heard what's going on with a Captain Britian mini-bust? There were preliminary images posted eaons ago -- has he been scratched? also, can someone point to the best website for a comprehensive Bowen FS and MB archive with good photos? Thanks!
