First Bombshell out the door is.......
Looks like Supergirl will be the first bombshell released even though they had Wonder Woman listed as coming out first... Just got my notice that Supergirl shipped out today....
Can't wait to get the whole collection...
Yes I know I'm breaking my rule of not pre-ordering DC statues since they always go on sale few months later... I didn't want to wait for this lineup so I broke my own rule

Just noticed she was in stock at Cornerstore Comics. Thought Wonder Woman was first....

I picked mine up today and it came out beautifully. Was actually hoping that the Superman/WW Kiss finally arrived, but this was a pleasant surprise. Base is much larger than the Cover Girl line, which will make for a tight fit in the Detolfs. I doubt I'll get more than 4 on a shelf as opposed to the 6 CGs I fit on a shelf.

How is the paint on it? The New 52 Cover Girls paint jobs have been shocking to say the least...

DC website is showing Wonder Woman to release on 10/2/13 and Supergirl 9/30/13
So it looks like we should get Wonder Woman shortly after we get Supergirl.

Bombshell Wonder Woman in Hand
DC Direct sent me my Bombshell Wonder Woman probably 10 days ago now.
The base is quite a bit bigger than the Cover Girls line, but it goes with the theme very well. Maybe it's because of the base, but these statues feel quite a bit heavier.
The paint on her was terrific, far better than recent Cover Girls. I was very happy with the sculpt, too. I would say these are better made statues, but they also have a higher price point.
Overall, I liked my bombshell Wonder Woman better in hand than looking at the pictures. If you like the concept and design of these figures, you'll be very happy with the final product because the execution of them is right on the money.
