It is probably the pre-order for 200 dollar. So most likely the first payment of the flex plan (the NRD)

It depends on the Seller and if they have reputable feedback. I do preorders and charge a $100 NRD with the balance due when the statue ships to me and has been inspected.

Thanks for the replys, I am nervous about this but isn't he sold out? So how could I get one if they ship? Like I said I'm new to this and haven't done pre orders, but that is a pretty crazy discount he said it's the last one he had reserved and has 100% positive feedback but I still just don't think I want to risk it

Wait until he has shipped then buy one from someone who has it in hand. You won't be getting it for 200, I guarantee you that is only the PREORDER payment. Once he receives it (in case he hasn't taken your money) he still will require the remaining payment and shipping. The statue costs more than $200, why would he sell it for that? How would he make money?

There is always cancellations take Alex for example you could score one for retail shipped directly from pcs.
