Agreed. Can't say if it's my fav (really like Rocafort and Timm) but it's definitely in top 3 for me. Guaranteed purchase.

It's funny with JRJr...I cant stomach his Marvel work in the past few years as it's been incredibly sloppy, but I just love what he's doing on Superman right now. Sure, it's now the most original story out there, but the art is such a joy to look at each month. He's really bringing it right now and I'm happy he's on the Man of Steel

I loved his recent run on Captain America with Rick Remender. The story was so out there and original. It was my favorite book to read while that storyline was going on.

Like the sculpt.. but DC needs to get on it's QC for paints... it's going from bad to worse.. i alrdy see that th S ont he chest is not sharp.. that too on the solicit ... i shudder to think what we'll get.

I will have to check it out. I initially passed as I too really disliked (his beloved) Marvel work for the most part.

Nice pics

DC JRJr Superman piece. Looks great, but paint apps aren't quite as sharp as other two pieces I own in the line. Oddly, no ES number on the base. The base is also no perfectly flat (??) as it wobbles slightly. Easily fixed with a felt pad under it.
