Hmmm, Someone questioned me about the group today and while I was answering I thought I had some pretty good stuff to say, and wanted to share it....
I think we (G.O.R.E) as a group are pretty tight, some of us are extremely close. Avenger is my
BEST friend on the Forum. We have never met, but have talked on the phone and share cards, letters, PM, email on a regular basis.
He is all round good people. I have spoken to most on the phone, and am anticipating meeting all except for the international guys. One never knows
There are some around the SF that I personally don't care for, but I am kind and tolerant. I am a respectful person and try not to let my personal feelings overwhelm my judgement. I suspect this goes both ways! I think it's
important that as a
community of forum members that we support each other no matter our personal feelings. We are all not going to get along all the time and certainly we will have our nemises'.....but all and all, I think the SF is a great site, made up of good people, and most make fast friends and still protect themselves pretty well......
Some people question our logic and sensibility at times, but there is a sense of stability in our disarey and confusion. It sort of gives outsiders an in among a group, where there might not otherwise be one :}

firm friends". LOL
(Disclaimer)G.O.R.E is really not for the weak of mind, nor the lack of focus.....we tend to move fairly quickly like a pack of wolves on any given subject, and we don't believe in firm directions when it comes to topics, or subject matter......we find humor in just about everything, and we run with it. We do try hard to stay on our own threads as not to highjack others in such a manner that they are quickly deteriorated and ultimately run others off. I think we try to be respectful of others. Though we may accidentally find a button or two on someone who is either lost or trapped among us for any given amount of time, it is all in good fun, and no disrepect is intented to anyone.
Most of us are all straight up, I think what you see is what you get, if not I have been living under that impression for 2 years now......
Either way I have made some
Great Friends and I hope some lasting impressions.......Others are more than welcome to visit the "lower realms" just for observation, or participation, your choice. :}
However, once you have been there, you will never be able to undo, what might be done......
