Identify This Gollum...If You can

It's a full scale replica. it's not the "angry" Gollum that we've all seen pics of, but a more "concerned" Gollum. It was a promotional statue created for the DVD release of The Two Towers. The base (not pictured) was a "half circle" that stood about 12" (guess) and had a pic of the LoTR characters with the Two Towers logo. There is a stamp under the foot that says:

MMII New Line Productions, Inc.
MMIII New Line Home Entertainment, Inc.

There's also a general disclaimer, but it's too wordy for me to type. I guess my question is really the worth and rarity of this statue. It's creeping out my wife and cats, and Gollum needs to find a new home. However, I don't want to short change myself. Any help is appreciated.

I would post a better pic, but for some reason, It won't accept the attachment.

Awesome looking piece but the face needs to be a little more dirty. Looks too clean. Other that that it rocks. No idea who made it though

It's part of a store display that came out with the DVD release.
