My haul from SD Con

Well, here I am on Friday night and just woke up from a weird nap just about an hour ago. My trip back home took two and a half hours longer than it should have and the drive back made me very weary. After unloading the car and getting settled in a bit, went to sleep about 7pm. When I woke up, I had no idea what day or time it was. Anyways, I'm not going to let that stop me from getting things posted here at the forum tonight. First, here's pics of my loot from the con. As you can see, I bought a total of 53 books, 23 French graphic novels and art books from Stuart Ng's booth alone. If any of you are unfamiliar with them, go to www.stuartngbooks.com. As an artist, I continually search and buy works of others to motivate and inspire me, and best places to buy french and european books are from that site. If anyone wants pics of interior pages for sampling, let me know. Rest of books are various sketchbooks, graphic novels, and references. Also got all the con exclusives I want. Stayed away from anything Star Wars. Also got the Batman/Superman poster supported by backing foam from HFA and a limited A. Hughes Zatanna print directly from the artist. The print is limited (#34/100) and is printed on heavy stock archival type paper, measuring 20"x29". The Nightmarist print was given to me by Duncan Rouleau, signed #2/100 as appreciation for storybaording his show, Ben 10. Duncan is one of four guys called Men In Action, creators of Ben 10.

Are there support group personnel that stand by the exit door for all those people who spent their second mortgage at the con?

Man alive, I gotta get my but to an SD con... While the Wizard cons in NY and Philly are good too, they just don't seem to compare... And, I want to meet Stan Lee before it's too late.

It's called Tao Bang, and I have no clue what it's about. It's a European series of graphic novels and texts are in french. The same goes with all the books I bought from the booth. I'll post closer shots of the interior pages and covers of others sometime later today.
