Almost got one of my Grails

I have been chasing ARH Dr Doom for about 2 years now.
For whatever reason I was able to aquire 2 of them. I guess one would be a back up in case something went wrong.
Anyway, I got this on Monday.

And got this from a guy on ebay who wrapped the sculpture up in a Shirt that you see pictured with no popcorn in the box!!! The box had fragile written all over it but the statue was just loose in the box to bounce around.
Just e mailed the guy earlier to let him know what happened.

I usually share the good so I figured I would post the bad as well.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

ouch that is a low blow. I really dont understand how some people pack and ship their stuff. I guess a "little" common sense could definitely go along way in this world.

sorry to hear about this and hope you get it sorted out!

Yeeesh!

That just blows. The lesser damaged of the two should be repairable.

It was difficult to say the least.
I figured I post all the good stuff, so I might as well be able to vent a little as well.

The good news is the ebay seller was a class act. I sent him the pics and the next day he gave me a full refund including shipping
