MR press relase and Limited Editions
Just got done reading the MR press release for this year and it is going to be a good year! I have already built up mad hype at my store for some of these items!!
Here's the piece I like about the press release:
LIMITED EDITION – When Master Replicas says Limited Edition, they mean it: Once production on the product is complete, Master Replicas will never go back and re-produce the item. Not this year, not next year – not any time within the life of the company.
Looks like they listened and have gotten back on track! Good-bye Elites!

That's what theyve been saying all along. Look at your COAs. Im sure MR will still have the Elite line. Im just thrilled the CE line is dead...(for now).

I know Nash, they went away from it here during ROTS time frame and found out that the other methods do not work and have returned back or are now really sticking to it. Lower editions and not offering other versions(elites and what not). I think the elite line is dead as a door nail, look at this year's exclusives, Gree's helmet and Ki-Adi_mundi's lightsaber.

I like that they are definitely improving the edition sizes. However I dont recall any official word that that elite line is dead for good. All MR said is that "we have no plans at this time" to include any elite editions in the 2007 product plan. From my experience "we don't have plans at this time" is the opposite of a definite no.
My fingers are crossed though.
