Disappointing day...

I was listening to Kevin & Bean on KROQ yesterday and Jean-Sebastien Giguere was their guest on the show. They said he and the cup would be at the Wal-Mart in Orange, CA. So I made up an excuse to get out of work to go see him and the cup. I waited in line for an hour and spent $20 on a damn DVD that recaps the championship season, just to get a damn autograph and a crappy picture. He just autographed the DVD. No "Thank you for your support" or anything like that... He also couldn't sign anything else like a shirt or picture. His PR or the Ducks PR people rushed everybody and I didn't even get a chance to talk to him... Oh yeah you know what really sucks?

THERE WAS NO CUP!!!

The Stanley Cup and Anaheim go together like ice cream and onions.

P.S. Sorry to hear about your disappointing day. However, if you really want to feel the true measure of a Hockey spirit, see a game in Montreal. You'll never forget it. Look up along the rafters and see all the Stanley Cup banners, the retired jerseys, and the seemingly countless fans that live and breath the sport. It's incredible.

I do have a ducks jersey from the first year though

Yes they do and you can find ice cream and onions at your local Dairy Queen.
