This looks like it's based on the cover to Batman B&E vol 3:
The face and eyes don't look right, though.

Hmmm... I'd have to agree, the face in general looks way way off. This is really annoying as I've been trying to put together a whole set and I've also been really hoping they'd do Miller's version. Very disappointing. Maybe it's the picture itself?

I'm very excited about this one. Always loved the Batman Miller look.
I had some reservations about the face/angle, but after seeing this pic, I'm completely sold. It's from the DC Direct official website under More views.
