Exclamation slave leia help

i received my slave leia last week. turned out mine is missing her earrings. i searched the box carefully just in case they fell off her, but it's nowhere to be found. i can only assume they forgot to put earrings on her ears.

my question is then, is there any way i could get GG to send just a pair of earrings across the globe to me(i'm in asia)? mcfarlane did a similar thing for me once, and it only costs them 99cents to mail something that small.

i emailed GG customer service, but it's been a week and still no reply(the site says 5 days for reply), and i thought that's very unprofessional.

have anyone here has previous dealings with GG customer service? any suggestion? thanks guys.

Give it a few more days and then I would contact GG again.
If not return the statue for a replacement.

Email them back and in the header put "2nd attempt and still no response!" This gets their attention, if not they will just ignore you and hope you go away.

thx guys. i just emailed them again. maybe they're just busy now. but i still think it's unprofesional to have no reply after over a week. the least they could do is try to answer me back.

Unfortunately they are not the only company not to reply to emails. Give them a little more time and hopefully you`ll hear from them.
