Back from the framers
I just received this back from the framer today:
I kept it simple but had them use Museum glass and archival matting. I'm really happy with the way it came out having both the published and unpublished cover together for Daredevil 98.
I also dropped off my Planet Hulk 105 Double splash, my 14x17 Captain America commission and a Dr. Doom commission by Tim that will be ready on 8/15. Here they are:

Thanks.
I used to go crazy with colored mattings and fancy frames and I realized that it sometimes takes away from the art.
Keeping things simple seems to be one of the better ways to show off the art itself.

I went to Aaron Brothers and I got 5 pieces ranging in size from a double page splash down to an 8x10 piece customed framed with museum glass and acid free double matting for $800.00.
The nice thing was I didn't know they were having a sale on custom framing so it ended up being $600.00 which seemed great for 5 pieces.
The sale goes through the 12th of this month.

Awesome, awesome, awesome! I agree: Simpler is better when it comes to framing. Those DDs look fantastic! And that's a good price, too!

Thanks Neil!
I'm still borrowing the way you framed your art for the 2 covers I plan on getting framed later this year.
