Talking Great deal for Neil!

For a good while, I had been looking for a bargain on a DST Iron Armor Spider-Man bust, specifically the chrome edition, which I think is perfect for the "iron" Spidey look.

Well, I found an eBay auction that was offering an Artist Proof (No. 27) that had a broken finger. The auction said that it was a clean break and, otherwise, the bust was in perfect shape. So I thought "I can fix a finger!"

So I ended up winning the auction for $23.50, which I thought was a GREAT price! Woo hoo!

I paid for the bust and asked the seller to please make sure to put the broken finger in a sandwich bag so it doesn't get lost. Welllllllllll, he replies back that he had made a mistake in the auction. The AP No. 27 with the broken finger was his previous auction and he had forgotten to update the info for this auction. Soooooo, he said I was getting a PERFECT, NONBROKEN Artist Proof chrome Iron Spidey No. 28!!!! And I got it for $23.50!!! What a stroke of luck!

Anyway, here's my shiny Spidey:
