Alien 3 Maquette Fixes?

I recently got my alien 3 maquette on ebay. It was brand new and I fell in love with it the moment I took it out of the box. Unfortunately every time I look at it now I seem to find some new problems with it. There appears to be a glue of some sort all over one of the teeth that I would like to remove if possible. There are also little scratches and paint flaws all over it but most are things that only I wouldn't notice. Last night I found a fairly large hole in it's left eg that looks as if there was dirt or a bubble in the mold when it was filled. Is there any product that I can use to fill this gap that will have a similar shine as the rest of the statue? This is probably something that only I will notice but I notice it every time now. If it means messing up my maquette then I won't bother but I'm really upset over this and would love to fix it somehow. Thanks!
