Cosmic-Powered SuperSkrull vs Superman
I'm talking about the original here, vs Kal-El...and make him the cosmic-powered one with the satellite support (read below).
When you consider the powers of the FF and this would amplify his ability beyond their ability, WHO YA GOT?
Powers and abilities
The Super-Skrull has a version of the Fantastic Four's superhuman abilities at the levels the team possessed when they began their careers. If the current Skrull ruler permits, a satellite can send an augmentation beam that amplifies the Super-Skrull's abilities beyond the Fantastic Four's current levels. Kl'rt possesses the Skrull's innate racial ability to shape-shift, as well as the unique power of hypnosis. He is also an excellent hand-to-hand combatant and was extensively trained in warfare by the Skrull Empire. The Super-Skrull has detailed knowledge of and access to technology centuries ahead of conventional Earth science.

SS is one of my favorite characters, but Clark still takes it. but he's already stronger then the FF technicly, he can stretch farther then reed, he's stronger then Ben and can burner hotter then Johnny...and umm become more invisible then sue

Superman could (and I stress COULD) only be beaten by three characters imo (not counting the higher powers like Galactus):
Thor
Hulk
Captain Marvel (DC)
and even then I'd tend to back Supes in those fights.
