Museum Replicas Ultimate Thor Hammer (Mjolnir)

Hi everyone!

I got this Hammer as one of my Christmas presents with thanks from my sisters and a little contribution from myself too!

What can I say about it, its HUGE and very HEAVY! I thought when I eventually got to open it that I'll be swinging it all over the place but when I assembled it I soon realised I would need to have the strength of Thor himself to be able to achieve such a feat!

It came in 4 parts and was very easy to assemble, simply screwing each part together via embedded heavy duty bolts.

I know its not everyone's cup of tea but all in all I am very happy with it. It does have a couple of "dings" in the metal, which was disappointing QA from Museum Replicas but it was hard enough to find one in the UK so I'll probably live with it.

A few pics below and I also placed my Wolvie classic action which is 16" tall on the base to give you an idea of the scale of this 42" beast!!

It goes nicely with my Stormbreaker replica too!

I would say to anyone who's considering getting one that it is very big, the photo's don't do its size any justice so making sure you have enough space is quite important.

Thanks Lou! Yep the size took me by surprise too, to be honest I have no idea as to where I'm gonna display it as yet!

I agree though, it would look awesome in Dave's collection room!
