Need help from someone near a 7-11 store!!!!!
I just found out that the 7-11 chain stores are selling souvenir Slurpee straws related to the Wolverine Origins movie. 7-11 has character straws for Wolverine, Sabretooth, Gambit and ... THE BLOB!
Check these out (they even come with a little stand/base to display the character after you're finished with the straw!):
Here's my problem: I'm taking 10 kids to see the Wolverine movie in about a week, and there are NO 7-11 stores in Alabama or any of the neighboring states (except for deep south Florida, I think). I found a person on eBay who was selling complete sets of these, and I bought all eight sets that he had. I NEED THREE MORE SETS!
I think each straw is almost $2 each at 7-11, and I would need three more of each of the four straws (so that would run about $24).
If anyone lives close to a 7-11 store, I would GLADLY pay the $24 plus the cost of Priority Mail shipping plus a little gas money ASAP, if someone could get them in the mail to me in the next several days.
I hope someone can help me out! I would deeply appreciate it.

you're an angel to these kids! wish i could help but the 7-11's here don't have the promo (besides, shipping would be a killer). hope you get the 3 sets.

Thanks, Lord Odin! Let me know if they have enough to get three of each of these. If one of your stores has them, I can PayPal you the cost of the straws, shipping, etc., later today.

Thanks! We'll see if Lord Odin's 7-11s have them. There used to be 7-11s all over Birmingham, Alabama, when I was a kid, so I'm STUNNED to see that there are no 7-11s listed in the store's Web site for Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee or Mississippi. Where'd they all go?

I've got a 7-11 just up the road from me. With everyone helping you I'll wait for a day to pick anything up. But if you missing some let me know, I'm in there all the time. Couldn't imagine not living near a 7-11. And I do know they are a lot in Florida, I'm down there all the time (Orlando/Tampa and south)
