It actually was to show the size of Akuma as compared to other SF releases, at this point no one has an Akuma 1:3 except PCS.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

I was thinking the can with the logo on would be cool but if not then I do like the chess piece idea. Perhaps they might be a bit too small though?

What about a classic telephone (younger viewers may wonder what I'm on about + there may be a bit of variation in size.

Snowglobe (these can vary a lot though unfortunately).

Rubiks cube is good but maybe too distracting colour wise. It is very popculture-esque though which suits PCS.

What about a set of three darts (as in the pub game) stuck in the surface (bit like the strongbow adverts we get here in the UK). You could even put the logo on the flights.

Unfortunately if you're looking for anything older e.g. from the renaissance period it will be hard to find something of standard size + it may be lost on your target audience...popculture is a very modern term and so I think you need something that fits with that ideology.

Something with a chart could be useful for sure.

best of luck!

Try and get a sponsorship deal out of it. Maybe use a name brand and contact the name brand for sponsorship. Money made from the sponsorship could help reduce collectors bottom line price.
As you guys are moving to Vegas, I would suggest a casino chip but I guess that wont be too helpfull.
