This entire live stream is them making excuses about how they are handling reward codes. It's pathetic that hey are basically saying screw you. It's not like they ever listen to feedback for real.

Paul actually responded to my comment where I said their Reward code budget was substantially lower, guaranteed.

And given their reasoning, I don’t think their excuses hold much water as the maths just doesn’t work. Especially given that participants in events aren’t even guaranteed to get a code.

Even if registrations ran into the tens of thousands, many have mentioned that that’s not always a guarantee to receive one during the week. And that’s just one code, and Autumn even said that was a random daily lottery of sorts.

They know there is a problem but they are too incompetent to solve it correctly. There is this fake army of supporters they use to defend themselves saying they love the new system.

Simple example: They would have a code with 1000 redemptions for $2. That was fine. They just had an event you had to vote on the winner that had 400 entries. They could have rewarded every voter the same $2 code which would have been focused on only participants and been less money out of pocket.

This whole thing is just them cheaping out and basically making garbage excuses. And I agree with rewarding only participants. It's just bad business but I learned a long time ago from personal experience they don't really care about what customers think.

It's just one event, right now my job is up in the air, so I couldn't participate in any events after Tuesday.

Will keep my fingers crossed that the people who could play Trivia, all get reward codes e-mailed next week.
