Program opens.

Customer unboxes statue in parking lot. Seeks immediate return for paint flaw.

Program closes.

That's a good point, tho. What happens when a customer picks up the item, finds a defect after opening up the box at home and wants to send it back for replacement?

Will the customer need to drive it back? Or will PCS then pay the return shipping?

I'm sure that will be helpful for a very, very small percentage of the collecting community. I do wish more places would do this, though. BBTS is less than 40 miles from me, and they don't offer a pick up at all.

They could easily solve that by opening, and inspecting, the statue before the customer leaves.
