Yeah the American edition with Ramsey. Man the guy is tough and not just on the staff. He told a woman (with large breasts) who was complaining about waiting to get her "Breasts off his hot plate" and she threw the plates at him. So funny.

Never seen the US version, but enjoyed 3 or 4 episodes of the UK version. I almost imitated him while at a hotel. They served me a chicken, avocado, tomato sandwich which was so god awful I almost marched into the kitchen to teach them how to properly prepare such a sandwich. But no pun intended, I chickened out.

In the UK he does a show "Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares". The concept is that he goes into failing resteraunts to help turn them around. Despite all the shouting and swearing, he does seem to have the ability to really motivate the staff to raise their game.

my favourite show by him, is the F word - and no - the F doesn't stand for what you probably think it does.
