Along with the artistic changes already mentioned the should slide into hard heroes vacated slot for SF exclusives. That would generate buzz here and add some new customers.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

1. Stick with the larger scale (original Rogues Gallery)
2. More focus on the Rogues Gallery, Marvel Universe, and Milestones lines
3. Listen for feedback here like Randy and Rob do
4. Bring back their original sculpters and management (I thought DST was very good when they first came out)
5. Some exclusives would be nice
6. Get rid of that ridiculous Icons line. I collect busts not chess pieces.

- better sculpts (I don't want to knock anyone but considering the competitiveness in this market now, they need to do better than alot of the previewed pieces. Their hit/miss ratio has got to improve.)
- Consistent scale in statue lines (the Milestones line is all over the place).
- Subjects (the Origins line might have sounded like a good idea but it just doesn't seem to work in application IMO. Putting the larger figure in B&W and the soft detail on the smaller diorama in front hurts the line).

consistency is their biggest problem. they try to crank out too much, too fast. Haste makes Wasted resin. once they solve the efficiency problems, get some better paint apps, i'd be more then happy to help with that

focus on quality and stick to just a few lines instead of multiple crappy lines.
