I'd do a Marvel pin-up line. Not overly sexy but good girl art like. I'd release statues of B/C & D characters while they are hot. A good example of this would be Nova from the Annihlation mini.

I think the big problem comes from the art direction so that`s where I would start.
I don`t know if they have a website but one should be used for fan feedback same for other companies as well.

Try to improve the paint applications mostly. I think many of the sculpts are quite good, but the paint always seems to have a grainy or sandy texture to it.

1- Cut down on the various Marvel lines of product.
2- Require better quality of factory paints.
3- Use statueforum to gauge demand for upcoming products.

Get rid of the name plaques on their pieces.
Focus on quality instead of quantity.
Do a line of FS Adam Hughes "Women of the Marvel Universe".

1) scrap the icons line, terrible waste
2) scrap the origins line
3) focus on getting better paint applications - it is their biggest flaw
4) continue making inspired sculptes like tomb of dracula and marvel zombies sculpts
5) change art directors to make sculpts more pleasing to the eye - the a/o/a wolvie was just ugly

Their maquette line was junk too.
