I just did the protecting coat and it was easy. The hole statue looks a lot better and also it is safe from the future problems cause it is sealed. I don't understand why P1 did not do this process but at least it is done. I used mod podge. Now all it remains are the leather straps.

I just went through and under the netting with the brush. There is one thing the netting is now sticking to surface at places since the netting is originally too thight.

Great job, glad to hear it went smoothly. It's really not that complicated guys. Just take your time and enjoy the process of taking a pretty good statue into the great category.

does anyone know when prime1 usually ships via the "economy" method, i ordered this more than a week ago and it's still not shipped. While i understand the shipping itself takes time, but why are they not shipping in stock items

They take while to go from processing to shipped. Give it another week or two. If its in stock it will be shipped out.

finally got this via slowboat, paint looks excellent, not sure i even need to apply a sealer everything looks fine.
only question is anyone know what this is on the neck, does everyone's p2 have this? looks bit weird.
