I hate to admit that I think he may have gone a bit too far, chasing him down the street and then finishing him off...cause there's no way a judge is gonna protect that move! Still, I don't feel sorry for the piece of trash burgular. See ya...and I woulda wanna be ya.

The article doesn't say whether the weapon was a registered handgun, rifle et cetera, hopefully it wasn't an illegal weapon. (maybe he used one of the weapons Frank turned in a couple years ago ...)

The police are trained to shoot to kill, but Tigh should have just wounded the guy (if he was going to shoot him at all), assuming the 53 year old burglar wasn't turning to attack Tigh for chasing him.

I imagine sentiment will be supportive of the shooter regardless of the law.

I'm being nice this year. It's my "New Years" promise, so I'll just say it's a tragedy 2 lives are ruined.

I'm with you!

Three times in a week means that the police are powerless to stop it. Ya gotta draw the line somewhere! As long as the good guys play by the rules and the criminals don't we lose!

But sad to say that things have gotten to this point!

When a man's been pushed too far, they are capable of many things.
