Is this a fake X-Men vs. Sentinal Diorama?

Hello again, I am looking for a X-men vs. Sentinel Diorama or Spidey vs. Grey Hulk Dio, and I was strolling around on eBay and came across this:
http://cgi.ebay.ca/Sideshow-Marvel-X...item23071c2334
I have a sneaking suspision that it is fake, but I wanna know what the experts think...
For starters, something about the sentinels head is off, and the sideshow box also says westland lake instead of thousand oaks CA, can anyone confirm that this is fake? Oh, and if you didn't notice, the item is located in China. I'm skeptical because of the iron man post that has been floatin around.

***UPDATE: I've been lookin at this guys feedback and and in the past 90 days he has sold 2 dr. doom ex, 3 more x-men vs. sentinels, a classic spider-man, and countless other sideshow items, legit or no?

I didn't think they could reproduce the light up features ???

These are factory remakes ? or maybe extras that were taken from the factory ?

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Another fake and it from China!! If he is selling legit statues, how on bloody earth do they get so many statues.... make that worst, they are all exclusives too? Its strange that the pics on this is so dark. They are all the same pics except for the base / numbers. At $1100 & $200 shipping.... complete rip off.

There was another guy called DKworkshop selling 3 exclusives emma frost & bunch of Doom PFs. He claimed they are all real & I asked him to open up the box for verification....surprise surprise, he did not email me back. Avoid Sideshow products from China.

Just a thought though. Because SS statues are made in China, whats the chance they stoled the mold's to make the statue?

Fake?

Hard to say, especially with the lights.

Factory extra or unnumbered sample?

Quite possibly. This was discussed before in another thread. Anyone have the link off hand??

The abundance of stock the seller seems to have and, I hate to say it, his location, do lend themselves to the theory that this wasn't part of the officially numbered line.

Does anyone know if there are any telltale signs to look out for on this piece, as with Sideshow's original Iron Man comiquette?

As a rule of thumb, I would tend to stay away from sellers who seem to "just happen" to have accumulated a large amounts of the right kind of statues. It's just too fishy for me. Even if you're assuming they bought them all at current market value, or when the value started to go up, you would have to believe that most of them are perfectly willing to either turn a marginal profit, or actually take a loss on the item, to believe that they're actually on the up and up.
