penguin's top hat
I bought a dcd black &white penguin for 60$. Not inspecting
It right away. After opening the package I notice his top hat was scratch, but not that much! It needs a touch up but I don't want to take on this project, can some one help me out. What should I do? Should I sell it or can some one fix or for me?
