Hope that means more Non-online Fallouts and Elder Scrolls.

I will be shocked if Elder Scrolls is only on Xbox. PC gamers will lose their minds.

Elder Scrolls VI is being made, but still a good few years off.

Xbox generally releases to PC, but I wouldn't be surprised if some of them were console only for a limited time unless you subscribe to Gamespass for PC and then you'd get it day one.
Basically this just strengthens the Xbox first party support by a mile. They were looking at WB games but now that it looks like AT&T is holding onto that this was probably in the works for a while and made sense to announce it before the Pre-order Launch tomorrow.

Well they needed something as their "exclusive" games were lacking. Seems a bit desperate, we'll see if it pays off

Desperate? They've been actively aquiring studios for the last 4 years and this deal was supposedly talked about for two years. Remember, Xbox still sold 50mil consoles in a generation that they largely didn't do as well as they did during the 360 generation. This doesn't seem desperate to me, it feels like Phil Spencer is finally getting everything he's been wanting for the new generation.

Seems to me they aren't looking at install base being the driver of profit motive. Outsold by Sony 2 to 1 this past generation, but online made them tons of money. Getting "games as a service" is where massive money is made so this secures getting subscribers.

I guess any future Fallout games will not be appearing on the PS5
Mind you, Las Vegas was bugged to hell on the PS3 to the point of rendering the game unplayable, non progress-able atleast.
