Streetfighter IV ingame screen + new info
The graphs will be 3D but the gameplay remains 2D (wich is a good thing for a Streetfighter game if you ask me). There will be new combos and special moves...and that's all the info we get for now

Looks pretty good, it's still got that 2D sense of style but it's also 3D looking.

Nice so still somewhat toon shaded. We'll see how it controls. For some reason 3D imitating 2D fighters never quite handle as quickly or responsively as the 2D ones. Here's hoping Capcom does this flawlessly.

Good as long as its still a 2D fighting game. Looking forward to it more now.
I still say SF3 graphics were the best for the SF series. I love that old school drawing animation done for a video game. I have tons of art books on capcom and the SF game, and love how there is about 15 drawings alone for a uppercut move.

Yeah I agree 3D fighters are always very sluggish compared with the 2D ones. Though no one knows this better than capcom (hopefully)

Hell yeah I mean remember in 3rd Impact even with the more detailed animations when Ryu would do his Uppercut combo move, it zooms in a bit and it gets very pixelated.

I also hope there is tons of characters and not just 7 or so. has to be a full lineup of all the SF characters and tons of hidden ones to unlock. Tis how a SF game should be.

A couple more screens were released. Apparently this game takes place before SF3. Capcom has announced that Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li and Dhalsim will return, with more announced later. More than likely the entire original roster will return, I think.
