I hate killing anything but I can't stand bugs in my food either, so yeah, I've killed lots of ants in my life along with other bugs lik c0ckroaches and the like.
I've never tortured them as far as I can remember.

I do not like to kill ant, not with my fingers or even steping on them.
Ants belongs to family Formicidae, the species under this family generally have formic acid which can be irritating to skin and cause serious complication, while I already knew this fact but still re-learned it the hard way.
so wear some protection before you squeeze one with bare hand/fingers.
